Attorney M. G. Wallace was the first permanent counsel for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. This picture and brief biography is from Fun & Finance (July 1923), an employee publication that ran from 1922 to 1931. Wallace served the Bank from 1920 to 1950.
