Prearranged group tours offered Monday through Thursday, at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. Tours are available to students (high school and college), teachers, bankers and community and business organizations with a minimum of 5 persons and a maximum of 45. The general Bank tour takes about one hour to complete. Tours must be scheduled at least one week in advance. Your tour will focus on cash and check processing operations. Following the tour there is a question and answer period and an optional 15-minute video presentation on the functions of the Federal Reserve System.

The main lobby of the Charlotte Office offers a money exhibit featuring a history of money in the United States from Colonial days to present and includes a display highlighting the gold mining era in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. The lobby is open to the public from 8:15 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
