Richmond Office Tours

Tours of the Richmond Bank's Money Museum will be suspended until the end of 2009 as we renovate our museum and lobby. In addition, Bank tours may be scheduled on a limited basis due to several construction projects now underway. We apologize for any inconvenience and welcome you to periodically check this Web site for updated information.

Reservations

Tours take approximately one hour, but can be adjusted for time or emphasis. Reservations for tours are required and must be made by the Friday prior to the tour date. You can make reservations by calling (804) 697-8110.

Groups larger than 12 people and school groups can make special arrangements for tours. The maximum number of people for tour groups is 36.

Parking and Security

The Richmond Fed is located in downtown Richmond. Limited parking is available in the Bank's visitor lot, but vehicles must be registered at least 48 hours in advance. Groups arriving by bus should discuss parking and passenger drop-off with Bank staff prior to arrival. Public-parking is also available in downtown Richmond. Bank staff can provide information about public-parking options.

Bank security requries that all tour visitors provide positive identification and wear a visitor's badge while touring the facilities. Visitors may bring cameras to the Bank, but may take photographs only in designated areas. Please check with your tour guide before taking any pictures.
