Pacific Investment Management Company LLC 

PIMCO was contracted to perform estimated valuation and related services on one or more portfolios of assets, including securities and loans, held by Bank of America Corporation or its subsidiaries.

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP 

Cleary was contracted to provide legal services and assistance in drafting the borrowing agreements for the eligible asset guarantee with Bank of America Corporation.
