Marshall Larsen is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Goodrich Corp.
 
Larsen joined Goodrich in 1977 as an operations analyst and financial manager. In 1981, he became director of planning and analysis and subsequently director of product marketing. In 1986, he became assistant to the president and later managed several divisions of Goodrich’s aerospace business. In 1994, he was named group vice president for Goodrich Aerospace. A year later, he became executive vice president, serving as president and chief operating officer of Goodrich Aerospace. In 2002, he was named president and chief operating officer of Goodrich Corp, and he moved into his current role in 2003.
 
Larsen’s industry leadership includes serving as chairman of the U.S. Aerospace Industries Association and the Charlotte Regional Partnership. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Lowe's and Becton, Dickinson and Co.

Larsen earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, followed by a master’s degree from Purdue University.
