The number of copies of an application/notice to be submitted to this Reserve Bank is dependent on the type of application/notice that is filed.

Newspaper Notices to Complete an Application

Federal regulations require that notice of certain proposals be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the communities that will be affected to allow the general public an opportunity to comment.

Copies of banking applications may be requested from the Reserve Bank. Requests must be made in writing, via mail or by facsimile, or by e-mail. Please note a fee for copies may be charged. Requests should be forwarded to:

Commenting on an Application

Parties wanting to comment on banking applications must submit their comments in writing, via mail or facsimile. Comments must be received by the Reserve Bank on or before the last day of the public comment period. Comments should be forwarded to:
