Latest 5th District Footprint shows the location of designated distressed and underserved areas within the Fifth District

The current issue of 5th District Footprint looks at census tracts designated by federal regulators as distressed and underserved in 2012. In North and South Carolina, the designated tracts are spread statewide, whereas in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia they are located in remote and rural areas.
