Small Business

North Carolina

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond began organizing a series of technical assistance programs for small businesses in 2010. We were motivated by small businesses who shared their challenges with finding sufficient credit during an economic downturn and from financial institutions that regularly interact with small businesses searching for credit. We partner with a variety of organizations, including nonprofits, government agencies, and financial institutions, as well as other Reserve Banks across the United States.
