Overview

The Affordable Housing Annual Conference brings together community development practitioners from the South Carolina region to discuss the rise in foreclosure and the impact the housing market is having on neighborhoods. The Conference will also include discussions on the foreclosure legal process and the foreclosure initiatives within the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008. 

Audience

This conference is for community development practitioners, housing counselors, nonprofit groups, financial institutions and government officials interested in the foreclosure issue.
