South Carolina CRA Roundtable

Tue., October 6, 2009
8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Columbia Conference Center, Columbia, S.C.

Directions / Parking

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Office of Thrift Supervision, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are convening South Carolina CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) officers for an interactive roundtable meeting. Various topics will be discussed and presented such as:

  • The Neighborhood Stabilization Program
  • Federal Home Loan Bank Programs
  • Low-Income Housing Tax Credits

South Carolina CRA officers will have the opportunity to ask regulator questions about the CRA and to discuss with peer practitioners about shared successes and challenges. The Community Affairs offices of the banking regulatory agencies have established regular roundtable meetings in a number of cities throughout the country. The hope is that the Columbia meeting will be the first in a series of meetings to help South Carolina meet its CRA goals and obligations.

This casual meeting is a partnership between the four banking agencies and will include a complimentary continental breakfast and a working lunch. Space is limited, so please return the attached registration form promptly.
