More than 750 housing and community development practitioners in the public, private and nonprofit sectors gathered to learn and exchange information about emerging issues and trends in housing and community development throughout Virginia. The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond supported this annual conference by sponsoring a session about core competencies and workforce planning for the community development industry.
