Overview

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Maryland ABCD Network is partnering to host a workshop on the newly enacted Affordable Housing Land Trust Act. This is an opportunity for nonprofits and local governments to learn about creating permanently affordable housing using a shared equity model. The workshop is free of charge. Breakfast, lunch, and all event materials will be provided.

Audience

Nonprofit staff, local government agencies, public housing authorities, and real estate professionals are all invited to attend.
