While rising foreclosure rates continue to put pressure on North and South Carolina communities, the economy has created opportunities for innovative investments, new financial education products, and creative neighborhood stabilization initiatives. As the economy begins to recover, it is critical that business and community leaders collaborate and develop partnerships that enhance their understanding of emerging issues.
The Carolina Community Development Advisory Forum is an association of financial institutions community development officers. The forum aims to facilitate dialogue among partners and enhance understanding of complex issues facing communities in the Carolinas.
Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), Community Development Corporations (CDCs), philanthropic organizations, government agencies and private sector partners.
