Baltimore Md. <p>The Citizens Planning and Housing Association will host an evening of discussion and enlightenment on the foreclosure problem in Baltimore. Neighborhood leaders will discuss how foreclosure has impacted local Baltimore neighborhoods over the past three years. Panelists will outline the history and scope of the problem, what steps have been taken, and the next action steps.
