Overview

HOPE LoanPort™, developed by the HOPE NOW Alliance, is a new web-based tool that streamlines loan modification applications on behalf of borrowers at-risk of foreclosure, allowing housing counselors to efficiently transmit complete applications to mortgage servicers. HOPE LoanPort™ is designed to improve the quality of both the application itself and the ability of servicers to make decisions on that application.

Maryland is the first state in the nation to endorse the HOPE LoanPort™ program. Partners of this training workshop include the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, HOPE NOW Alliance, and HOPE LoanPort™.
