Overview

There are numerous organizations throughout West Virginia providing low- to moderate-income families with assistance to help them survive this financial crisis, whether it is in the form of utility assistance, food and clothing donations, or weatherization. These “frontline” service providers are a crucial component in transitioning low- to moderate-income families from crisis mode to long-term financial sustainability.

The Building Assets, Strengthening Communities Conference will provide the comprehensive tools and support needed by “frontline” service providers to expand services being offered within their agencies to address asset building and provide them with a roadmap that connects the dots between other agencies within a community.
