<p>The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, in partnership with Forsyth County, the City of Winston-Salem, the North Carolina Housing Coalition, the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation and other key community leaders, is hosting a one-day forum on up-to-date uses of the Community Land Trust (CLT) model. CLTs have been adopted nationally to promote the development and preservation of affordable housing, create homeownership opportunities and to support the stabilization and revitalization of communities. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn from various experts about best practices to establish, finance, market and sustain CLTs.</p>
<p>This forum is targeted to affordable housing practitioners, realtors, financial institutions, foundations and local and state policymakers.</p>
