Smith Reynolds Foundation and other key community leaders, is hosting a one-day forum on up-to-date uses of the Community Land Trust (CLT) model. CLTs have been adopted nationally to promote the development and preservation of affordable housing, create homeownership opportunities and to support the stabilization and revitalization of communities.
