The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and its partners invite you to a full-day conference that will examine the barriers to economic opportunity and promising strategies to overcome them. What are the barriers that prevent individuals and families from achieving financial stability? Plenary and break-out sessions will offer both proven and new approaches to expand economic opportunity.

This conference will include a wide-range of approaches to economic inclusion including steps being taken by the faith-based community, efforts to help integrate immigrant populations, strategies that reach the under-banked and national initiatives to overcome barriers to employment.
