The Offices of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, Martin Building, Terrace Level, Washington, D.C.
Join the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, NeighborWorks® America and the Ford Foundation for a forum on shared equity housing.
Participants will share ideas and recommendations for bringing shared equity housing to scale. Discussions will include information on borrower financing, capitalization and secondary market options. In addition, they will help build a framework that can foster shared equity housing and address the financial barriers that have prevented the growth of this approach to sustainable, affordable housing.
National and regional housing and community development experts, including representatives of affordable housing developers, shared equity organizations, financial institutions and public agencies are invited to participate.
