Overview

Reserve Banks of Richmond, Atlanta, Dallas and St. Louis cordially invite Presidents of Historically Black Colleges and Universities to take part in an important discussion focused on aligning education and workforce development strategies with employment opportunities.

The goals of the event are:

• to bring together HBCU and Federal Reserve Bank leadership to share best practice strategies,
• to discuss approaches to ensure HBCU students maintain competitiveness in the global economy, and 
• for the Federal Reserve to develop insight into unique employment challenges facing this population.
