Overview

Attendees will receive an overview of the Federal Reserve System and its structures and functions. Economist Matt Martin will provide students and teachers with information about the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), discuss the FOMC statement and teach a lesson on economic indicators. Public Affairs' staff members will discuss the High School Fed Challenge competition.

Audience

High School teachers and students interested in competing in the Fed Challenge Competition.
