Overview

Join us for a reception and conversation about the Fed’s public mission, influence on the money supply and addressing unemployment. Discover how you can use resources such as the Richmond Fed’s “MythUnderstanding” video series in your classroom. Come learn about M.A.T.E., the Maryland Association of Teachers of Economics, an organization dedicated to providing a learning and resource sharing network for teaching economics and personal finance.

This event, co-sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Maryland Council on Economic Education, is free to educators. A reception will be offered that includes hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
