Richmond Fed Announces Winners of the Share the Wealth Financial Literacy Web Video Contest

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announced the winning videos in its Share the Wealth: A Financial Literacy Video Contest at the Byrd Theater in Richmond, Virginia on December 13. Undergraduate students from Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Richmond, Virginia State University and Virginia Union University were challenged to create brief 30 second videos to help get the word out on financial education. The top finishing video titled "Spend Money You Don't Have, Live in Your Mom's Basement," was produced by University of Richmond students James George, Siyu Serena Ding and Tyler McLean and was advised by Dean Croushore.
