New Economic and Financial Education Website Launched New Economic and Financial Education Website Launched New Economic and Financial Education Website Launched - Press Release, January 19, 2012 - Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond 2012-01-19 News Announcements: Education <p>A new website has been launched called TeachingMoneyVA.org to help Virginia&#8217;s high school teachers find quality resources that they can use in teaching Virginia&#8217;s new economics and personal finance course.</p> <p>High schools across Virginia are seeing a new emphasis on the teaching of economics and personal finance this year with the addition of a requirement that students take a course to graduate.
