Richmond Office Participants

All students in Virginia and West Virginia compete in the Richmond Office with the following exceptions:

• The West Virginia counties of Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, Tyler and Wetzel are served by the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and are not eligible to compete in the 5th District.
• The counties of Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral and Morgan may participate at the Baltimore Branch
• The Virginia counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudon, and Prince William counties and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park may participate at the Baltimore Branch.
