You may bring family, students, teachers, and friends to your presentation and Q&A session. You should remind anyone you invite that security at some Federal Reserve Banks requires a picture I.D. as part of the visitor check-in procedure. In some cases, names of attendees must be submitted in advance of the competition. You should confirm security requirements of the host Federal Reserve Bank in your area.
Each team is allowed one alternate who should be prepared to compete in the presentation part of the competition in the event one of the regular team members is unable. At the District level, the alternate will be allowed to witness the team's competition and participate in the Question & Answer (Q&A) part of the competition. At the National level, the alternate is a witness only and is not allowed to participate in the Q&A part of the competition.
Each team, as well as all supporters of team members, must leave the competition area when their presentation and Q&A session are completed.
At district and national competitions you will meet your fellow competitors during an ice-breaker event.
Business attire or interview clothes is appropriate.
Expenses at the local level are the responsibility of the team. Travel to district and national competitions for out-of-town teams will be provided by the Federal Reserve Bank.
