Richmond Fed President Jeffrey Lacker took part in a panel discussion, “Help or Harm: Central Bank Monetary Policies at the Outer Limits,” at the National Association for Business Economics 2013 Economic Policy Conference on March 5 in Washington, D.C.

Lacker participated with Adam Posen, president of the Peterson Institute for International Economics and former member of the Bank of England Monetary Policy Committee. The moderator was Craig Alexander, senior vice president and chief economist of TD Bank Group.
