President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Jeff Lacker, will address bankers and their lawyers, as well as law students from the University of North Carolina School of Law's Center for Banking and Finance, in Charlotte, N.C. The speech is part of UNC's Banking Institute, a legal education conference scheduled for March 29-30.
