Matthew Martin, Charlotte regional executive, spoke with Mike Collins on "Charlotte Talks" on June 13. Martin discussed the growing body of regional and national data on affordable housing, and how business and community leaders are using the data in decision-making.
Martin was joined by Amy Hawn Nelson, director of research for the UNC Charlotte Urban Institute and director of the Institute for Social Capital, Inc., and Rebecca Hefner, community research manager in Charlotte’s Department of Neighborhood and Business Services. All three will make presentations in their respective areas of expertise during the second annual Charlotte Data Day on June 17.
