Richmond Fed Announces Officer Appointments

Richmond, Va.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announces the following officer appointments:

Jenny Hall has been promoted to assistant general counsel. Her appointment is effective July 1, 2014.

Hall joined the Richmond Fed in 2003 as an attorney, and in 2013 took on the lead role in supporting human resources' legal responsibilities. Hall currently provides ethics guidance as well as legal support to the National Procurement Office and Facilities Management.

Hall earned her undergraduate degree in English from James Madison University and her law degree from the University of Richmond. 

Keith Goodwin has been promoted to assistant general counsel. His appointment is effective July 1, 2014.

Goodwin joined the Richmond Fed in 2004 as an attorney.  Goodwin focuses on bank supervision, consumer protection and regulatory policy. He manages the Legal department’s intern program.

Goodwin earned his undergraduate degree in English from Wake Forest University, a Master’s degree in English and a law degree from the University of North Carolina, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University. 


The Richmond Fed serves the Fifth Federal Reserve District, which includes the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and most of West Virginia.
