Official Staff Changes

Richmond, VA

We are pleased to announce that the Richmond Board of Directors has approved the following officer appointments:

  • Appointment of Stacy L. Coleman to the position of Vice President, Charlotte Office, effective July 16, 2007. Stacy will be responsible for the Risk and Policy Unit of the Banking Supervision and Regulation Department. She will report directly to Senior Vice President Mac Alfriend.
  • Appointment of Edward S. Prescott to the position of Vice President, Richmond Office, effective July 1, 2007. Ned will be responsible for the Financial Institutions & Payments System Analysis division of the Research Department. He will report directly to Senior Vice President John Weinberg.

The Richmond Fed serves the Fifth Federal Reserve District, which includes the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and most of West Virginia. As part of the nation's central bank, we're one of 12 regional Reserve Banks that work together with the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors to strengthen the economy and our communities.
