As part of the reorganization of the Banking Supervision and Regulation Department, we are pleased to announce that the Richmond Board of Directors has approved the following officer appointments effective September 1, 2007:

• Appointment of Adam M. Drimer to the position of Assistant Vice President, Richmond office. Adam will be responsible for the Banking Applications Unit of the Banking Supervision and Regulation Department. He will report to Vice President Lin Gill.
• Appointment of Daniel E. Elder to the position of Assistant Vice President, Richmond office. Danny will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of banking institutions in the Community and Regional business lines for the Banking Supervision and Regulation Department. Danny will report to Lin Gill.
• Appointment of James W. Lucas to the position of Assistant Vice President, Richmond Office. Jim will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of banking institutions in the Community and Regional business lines for the Banking Supervision and Regulation Department. Jim will report to Lin Gill.

We are also pleased to announce the following reassignment effective August 20:

Bob Minteer, Assistant Vice President of Client Services in Information Technology, has been reassigned as Assistant Vice President and Project Manager of the Building and Equipment Department for a two-year rotation assignment, reporting to Vice President Matt Harris.
