The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announces the following officer appointments:
Diane Knapp has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Bank’s Corporate Accounting department with responsibility for its financial accounting function and oversight in the preparation of financial statements. Her appointment was effective November 16.
Knapp has worked for the Richmond Fed since 2000, holding various analyst and management positions in Corporate Accounting. Prior to joining the Fed, she worked for the Richmond Federal Credit Union in accounting. Knapp is a certified public accountant. She earned a bachelor’s degree in management from West Texas State University and an MBA from Strayer University.
Ann Harrison has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Bank’s Supervision, Regulation and Credit department with responsibilities in the Community and Regional Safety and Soundness group. Her promotion is effective December 1.
Harrison joined the Fed in 1988 as an assistant bank examiner. Since that time, she has held many roles within the Community and Regional group, including supervisory examiner. Harrison earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mary Washington and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
