Andy Bauer, a regional economist at the Baltimore office of the Richmond Fed, spoke at the 2010 Eastern Panhandle Economic Outlook Conference in Martinsburg, W.Va.. Bauer discussed the nation's recovery from the "Great Recession" and how it compares to previous recoveries. The annual conference is presented by the Bureau of Business and Economic Research at West Virginia University.
