Competitive Pay, Rewards & Recognition

Our competitive base pay may also include annual merit-based increases, incentive payments and recognition such as cash awards for a job well done. We also recognize milestone service anniversaries with gifts and hold special events throughout the year to celebrate and to express appreciation for our employees.

Paid Time-off

We offer generous paid time off and encourage employees to use it to meet their needs — whether it’s for relaxation and renewal, taking care of a sick child or tackling a home renovation project. Additional time off may be earned through our Wellness Incentive Program. Each employee also receives 16 hours of paid time off per year to volunteer in our communities.

Health and Wellness Benefits

Our health and wellness benefits are some of the best around — our employees consistently say so through surveys. Employees can choose among medical, dental and vision plans for the one that best meets their needs. In addition, we offer up to 40 hours of leave to care for family members with serious health conditions. Our short-term disability benefit provides 100 percent pay for eight weeks and covers most pay for subsequent weeks. Beginning in 2018, we’ll provide up to 160 hours to parents of both sexes to care for a newborn or newly placed adopted or foster child. This will be in addition to short-term disability coverage for employees who are medically disabled, such as for pregnancy or childbirth.

And a pension plan that can provide an additional monthly retirement pension for life or a portable lump sum benefit. Insurance Coverage
