Caroline Norris

Caroline Norris is a research analyst within our Supervision, Regulation and Credit department. She joined the Richmond FED in October 2020, after obtaining a MS degree in Agriculture & Natural Resource Economics at Colorado State University. Her research interests include geospatial systems, climate risk, and financial inclusion. Prior to joining the Richmond Fed, Caroline was a research assistant at Colorado State and worked as an intern at CSU’s Geospatial Centroid.

Caroline also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
