Amy Yarcich

Since 2007, Amy Yarcich has served as the Executive Director of Rx Partnership, a nonprofit public/private partnership dedicated to increasing access to medications for vulnerable Virginians. Rx Partnership uses an innovative model for providing medication to treat a variety of chronic conditions to low-income, uninsured patients throughout the Commonwealth that is effective and efficient from the pharmaceutical company, clinic and patient perspective.

During her tenure with the organization, Rx Partnership has been recognized with two national awards, added new pharmaceutical partners, increased the number of clinics participating (currently 32) and launched several innovative, new programs, including medication delivery by mail in response to COVID-19. Since inception, Rx Partnership has provided over $230 million in free medication to over 78,000 eligible patients.

Amy holds an MPA from VCU, two Certificates in Nonprofit Management and received her undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University. Her past employment includes 10 years in Virginia state government and serving as Executive Director of a community Main Street Program in Wisconsin. Amy is a graduate of ENLP and Lead Virginia. She was recently recognized with the 2018 EXCEL Award Honorable Mention for outstanding leadership among nonprofit Chief Executives by the Center for Nonprofit Advancement.
