Christie Wheeler is a recruiter on the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond's Talent Acquisition team. She supports the end to end talent acquisition process, including talent strategy, sourcing and hiring, for various business lines across the Richmond Fed and National IT. She is also is also passionate about and actively supports different System workforce and recruitment efforts such as Women in IT. Christie earned her bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Maryland.
