A Bridge Over the Benefits Cliff: Creating Pathways to Living-Wage/Family Sustaining Employment

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Goodwill of the Southern Piedmont, and the Benefits Cliff Work Group in Mecklenburg County, N.C., are partnering to support states and employers in identifying career pathways that pay off for workers, employers, and the taxpayer.
