The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, in partnership with the North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development and Fayetteville State University, is hosting a Small Business Forum at Fayetteville State University for small business owners in the state.

The Forum will provide information and resources for minority– and women–owned and military–based small business owners. Participants will have an opportunity to hear from professional service providers and lenders about key strategies to help them develop, manage and grow their own small businesses.

Training sessions will cover topics on small business planning, financing and marketing. In addition, panels will address issues related to key components of successful businesses, doing business with government and large businesses, access to borrowing and small business success stories.

Minority- and women-owned small businesses, entrepreneurs, active and veteran military small business owners, small business service providers, community development lenders, credit unions, financial institutions, local government entities and policymakers are encouraged to attend.
