Did you know that microfinance loans for businesses can range from $500 to $35,000 dollars and that the average first microloan is about $2,000?

Join us to learn about micro financing and the Small Business Administration’s lending products. You will also gain insight on how micro financing and SBA loans can provide working capital to micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Charlotte region.

Lynn Douthett, SBA - North Carolina District Office will moderate our discussion with guest microfinance panelists: Joe Mynatt, Managing Director - U.S. Corporate Banking, Wells Fargo Co-Chair, Grameen America, Charlotte; Rosanna Saladin, Executive Director, Michael Scott Mater Foundation; Nikia Sharp, Commercial Credit Officer, Self Help Credit Union and Roberta McCullough, Vice President - Business Services & Operations, The Support Center – North Carolina.

A Small Business Resource Fair will follow the program.
