Richmond Fed President Jeffrey M. Lacker will discuss the economics of early childhood education during a business program hosted by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Virginia Early Childhood Foundation on October 19, 2015. The program is titled “The Economics of Early Childhood: Smart Beginnings for Virginia’s Workforce Pipeline.”
Paul D. Koonce, CEO of Energy Infrastructure Group and president of Dominion Virginia Power, is also a speaker for the program, which will be held at the University of Richmond.
