The Richmond Fed’s Community Development Office will partner in hosting a conference on economic issues affecting low- and moderate-income individuals, families and communities on March 31, 2015.

Research Economist and Group Vice President Kartik Athreya, as keynote speaker, will discuss the Richmond Fed’s research on the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), the nation’s largest income-support program.
