Richmond Fed Executive Vice President and Director of Research Kartik Athreya will speak on the value of “Early Childhood Education: Some Perspective From Higher Education” at the 2017 Emerging Issues Focus Forum, Kidonomics: The Economics of Early Childhood Investment, on February 7, 2017. Rob Grunewald from the Minneapolis Fed will speak on the “Fiscal Effects of Investing in Early Childhood.”
