Bank Launches New Collaboration Model

The Richmond Fed's Research department is launching a new model for collaboration to help advance economic research both within the department and throughout the economics profession.

The Collaboration of Research Economists (CORE) Week kicks off in mid-November, with leading economists from a range of disciplines joining Richmond Fed economists to share their research via seminars, conferences, and formal and informal networking. The conference will be hybrid, giving consideration for limited onsite capacity. Visitors will be required to follow the Bank's COVID-19 health and safety measures. Beginning in 2022, CORE Weeks will occur eight times per year.

Learn more about this programming from Executive Vice President and Director of Research Kartik B. Athreya.
