Samira Gholami

Samira Gholami is a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Gholami graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in economics. Her research interests include macroeconomic policy, labor economics, and development economics.

As a second-year associate, Gholami collaborates with economists at the Richmond Fed. She has worked with Nicholas Trachter to develop a quantitative model for technology adoption in poorer countries.
