Summer camp activities teach kids about the economy through interactive games.

About the Program

Summer Camp Challenge is a field trip opportunity for K-8th graders participating in local summer camp programs. The program brings economics to life through engaging age-based games and activities. Camps are scheduled according to students’ rising grade levels as follows:

A group of kids attending the Summer Camp and doing an activity in the Fed Experience museum.

K-2 Goods & Services Adventurers
3-5 Econ Explorers
6-8 Human Capital Connectors

Dates and Times Offered

June through August, Tuesday through Thursday

10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Program Length: 1.5 hours

Audience:  Groups from summer camp programs are eligible to register. We are unable to offer registration to individuals.

A tour group of girl scouts are given a tour of the Fed Experience during summer camp.

Please Note: We do not have a café or food service on site; however, we are located adjacent to Brown’s Island where, in good weather, you can enjoy a bag lunch picnic style.
