Evening with the Fed: Labor Market Trends and the Impact on Human Capital Decisions
Evening with the Fed is a professional development program for educators to learn about current topics in economics and personal finance. During these sessions, you’ll hear the latest research, data, trends and learn about free classroom resources on those and related topics.
For Financial Literacy Month, educators are invited to join Matthew Martin, Regional Executive at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Charlotte Branch, as he discusses labor market conditions and the risks and benefits of post-secondary human capital investment. Educators will also learn about free educational resources that can be used in their classrooms from subject matter experts. This Evening with the Fed event is brought to you by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in partnership with the North Carolina Council on Economic Education and SC Economics.
Register to join us at the Charlotte Branch of the Richmond Fed or, if you’re unable to attend in person, to attend the event virtually. There is no cost to attend. Registration for the in-person event closes on March 31, 2022. Registration for the virtual event closes on April 7, 2022.
*In-person attendees will be required to follow the Richmond Fed’s COVID-19 protocols.
