Sarah Gunn's passion for economics and financial literacy comes through as the director of Economic Education. She leads the team that delivers innovative programs and writes educational materials to help improve understanding of the Federal Reserve, enhance students' financial literacy and share the importance of economic education. Before joining the Richmond Fed in 2012 as an economic education specialist, Gunn was a high school economics and AP economics teacher in the Atlanta area. Gunn has a bachelor's degree in economics from Georgia Tech and a master's degree in education from Georgia State University.
