Jennifer (Jenn) LaClair is the CEO of Spire. LaClair previously served as Head of Merchant Solutions at Fiserv, the CFO of Ally Financial and spent a decade at PNC in senior leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant at McKinsey and Company specializing in strategy, operations and business transformation.

LaClair serves on the Whirlpool Corporation Board of Directors.

LaClair is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
